A Shout Out To My Mom And Dad
They are definitely my biggest fans!
There is a spiritual belief that exists that claims that before we are born we choose our parents. Now, I’m not here to say that that is true, or not, but I will say this.
If it is TRUE, then choosing these guys may well have been one of the best choices that I have made in my life!
I still remember in 2017, at the age of 40, when I told them that we were going to sell all of our things and go traveling full time.
“Oh okay. That sounds fun.” My Mom said with barely a fraction of uncertainty.
“Sounds pretty exciting.” Dad echoed.
Being that they brought me up traveling, they probably weren’t too surprised. And thankfully, the thought of traveling doesn’t worry them as they have been to roughly 100 countries themselves.
Of course, at that moment, we had no idea how long it would take us to sell all of our things and finish renovating our house so that we could sell it. At the time we figured that it might take a year or two, we really had no idea. So there really was no sense of urgency to this decision.
