Girlfriends are as well. Thankfully there is more research going into perimenopause and menopause these days and we are more aware of what is going on than our mothers were. I recall times as a kid where my mom was crying at the dinner table and nobody could figure out what her problem was. Sad that it’s taken this long for doctors and professionals to finally study something that affects us so greatly. But, here we are. Future generations will benefit from better understanding, for sure. I appreciate you highlighting those writers, I will be checking them out!
