Dennett, being an ex-contractor working in the construction business, I would highly recommend that you get all the details of your kitchen remodel down on paper with all the financial aspects in plain writing. While I love the price that you were quoted, I’m concerned that things may not go exactly according to plan. A good contractor will not move forward without a contract in place that outlines the payment plans, deposit amount etc.

Maybe you have all of this sorted but I just want to make sure.
