Great advice! I had never considered that perspective before and I guess it's why people we meet around the world can't possibly understand why we left Canada in the first place. But I still prefer a life with less rules and less structures in place than the overbearing structure and bureaucracy that we have here. But I'm starting to also realize that we can't have the best of both worlds. At least not easily.
