Great advice, Matthew. We find that by staying in places for longer periods really helps us to better understand the local culture and what makes it tick. We usually aim for three months in a country. It’s not that long but it’s enough to really take the time to experience a place. I find that each place is like an onion. As you peel back each layer, more and more is revealed. Love your photos!
