Great job! We quit sugar cold turkey for a candida cleanse that we did back in March. We both felt terrible for about a week and wanted sugar like nothing else. It was crazy.

We have since had sugar again, but our routines around it have changed. Now we go for natural sugar substitutes like stevia and monk fruit. While we do still have sugar occasionally, we opt out of it whenever possible. I do feel healthier in all of the ways you describe here. It's fascinating how a food can transform us in many different ways.
