Great story! My partner and I didn’t have our things stolen, but over 6 years of full-time travel we found ourselves down to one debit card that worked in the ATM’s, and then it didn’t.

There is nothing so vulnerable feeling as being in a foreign country with no way to get money. But, like all things in life, they usually work out after a bit of thinking and figuring out the next steps:)
