Haha we were only there for four days as well. We had similar experiences as you but flew into Milan then toured Florence and Reggio Emilia. Also stopped at the highway test stop on the way to Florence. We were ultimately visiting a friend for New Years so sight seeing was secondary. But we loved it alot and really want to go back. I think we will stick to the south and see places like Sicily. They sound very traditional and low key.
