A while back I wrote a Eulogy for my grandmother’s ash ceremony. In it, I talked about all the things that come to mind when I think of my grandma.

How Does One Sum Up A Grandparent?

A couple of weeks later it was Mother’s Day, and it got me thinking that I can also write a small tribute to my mom, in the same way, that I did for my grandmother.

Why does it seem like we always wait until people are dead before we decide to say nice things about them?
