Wow! Thank you so much for taking the time to look through our projects:).

Yes, it has been an interesting last couple of years in our lives.

We are actually on our way back to Kikorongo now. We took a break at the end of 2021 after being there for 7 months helping the village. We traveled down to Botswana to housesit for a few weeks, and are now slowly making our way back up over land.

We are currently in Northern Tanzania where we are painting a small mural, then will be heading up to Uganda. .

In answering your questions:
Yes the GoFundMe is still active. We will be fundraising to try and get them a borehole (well) when we get back so I will likely just increase the fundraising goal and continue on from there.

As for personal support, Patreon is what we are trying to build up.

I just divorced Facebook (haha) and am now going to use some of that time to post a weekly wrap up of photos to Patreon with a short blurb about what we have been up to. The $3 (and higher) tier will include that. Plus there is tons of content on there already.

Thanks so much for taking an interest in what we are up to. I’ve found so many nice people on Medium that are so supportive. I’m very happy to have discovered this platform.
