I had no idea that this article would blow up like it did, in fact, I was feeling as much at a loss as you were. But reading about others articles doing well, and seeing that it just seems to be a matter of time, and a will to keep at it, that's just what I did.

Titles certainly seem to help, the more eyes you get on it the better. But that's all I really have. Sorry. Wish I could tell you a solid answer.
