I don’t know about you, but I have a lump in my stomach.

It’s not pain or sickness, it is simply a lump or a tight ball.

It’s taken me until now to realize that whatever it is, it’s full of fear and dread.

I think I got it at the beginning of the Pandemic, and I’ve been holding on to it for almost 2 years now.

Today I’m going to try and release that lump. I’m going to close my eyes, focus my energy on my stomach, and I’m going to tell that lump to go away. I’m finished with it.

This lump has come because of the pandemic, because of the craziness that has descended on the world in the last 2 years.

First, it was the initial fear of the virus. We wondered ‘what is it?’

Once we were all satisfied that it wasn’t at least going to take out everyone in its path, things calmed down a bit.

Then there were the fears of the vaccine and all the division that has come from it. These divisions are pulling apart the very fabric of our society. As I sit here in Africa, watching things unfold in my home country of Canada, I am astounded.
