I always tell people that it's not the people at war, it's the governments.

…wo countries currently at war has not been lost on me. It’s important whichever side you may be on, these countries are full of average people trying to survive and raise families. Some even have hearts of gold not thinking twice to help a tourist or stranger in need.

I always tell people that it's not the people at war, it's the governments. We simply can't judge a whole country of people based on the governments decisions.
Love this story of hospitality, Oksana. Turkey is one of our favorite countries and the people are truly amazing.
