I am ecstatic to go back to Italy this winter and stay longer than the four days that we did the last time. I can't wait for the authentic Italian food, because, as you say, it isn't here. One thing that surprised me about Italy was the amount of gluten free food available. They were very contentious about that which I appreciated.
