I danced in the opening ceremony of the 1988 Calgary Olympics at the age of 12. My dad also took me to a few events, one of them being ski jumping where we watched Eddie the Eagle soar to new heights. You have inspired me to write about that, I hope I can make it happen before these Olympics are over.
