I just cannot do the morning thing. My best sleep routine is 12-8am. Any less than that snd I am not a happy camper. I’m also more productive at night. Like you say, not everyone can follow the sabe routine. We need to do what works for us each individually, if we can. Interesting information here. Thanks!
