I love the concept of the 15-minute city Jay. We always try and walk wherever we are, but usually public transit is available and good as well. Everywhere but in Canada it seems. I also agree with your assessment of the conspiracy theorists. The insanity never ends, especially these days. It's hard to imagine how these people get their weird ideas.
