I love these stories Sally! I also trekked in Nepal when I was 16 with my parents in 1992. We didn’t make it to Everest Base Camp because one of our group got really sick. But in 1996, I organized another trek with 7 friends. That time we made it. The Himalayas call me back all the time. I will get there soon.
