I will never, and I mean NEVER understand why people who don’t like dealing with people work in customer service. I mean there are a THOUSAND other options where you don’t have to deal with people. I just don’t get it, at all. Sorry you have to deal with her. I know how you feel when you try your hardest to try and make someone smile snd all they want to do is make you miserable like them.
