I’m glad you took the dog, Sara. We had a cat that we should have tried harder with in Morocco. The owner kept saying it was fine and we sat by while it died. Mind you, it was a tiny kitten that was taken from its mom way too young. But it was clearly not doing well and we sat by waiting for someone to do something and not wanting to step on toes. It’s a hard position to be in. Next time we won’t just stand there. It was awful.
