It was an interesting experience working on the cattle farm this past year. On one hand we enjoyed being with the cows, on the other it was sometimes heartbreaking. But I’m glad we got a close look at it all and we learned a lot about how to raise cattle and what goes into it in terms of food production. It has made us more mindful about our consupmtion, for sure.
