My partner and I traveled full-time for 6 years but returned to Canada in Spring 2023 and have been here since. However, we are set to head off again in the fall, but this time only for 5 months. My best piece of advice is to take it slow. Travel burnout is real and it sneaks up on you. Find places where you can sit still for a few weeks to get refreshed before heading off again. I also recommend talking to the locals when you arrive somewhere to find local houses that are more cost effective and are usually located in a local neighbourhood. You will have a much richer cultural experience. Best of luck!
