Oh boy. Okay, I have a couple to write about. In Sudan they were shooting guns in the air as well! Haha. Great post Anne! We haven't been to a funeral in Uganda yet, but we have passed many and they look to be exactly what you are describing here. Plus we are told that they too are multiple day affairs. I don't think they shoot guns here, though. We haven't heard any and we have been close to a few funerals in our time here. Ugandans don't really have guns. Thanks for sharing your experience!
