Oh do I hear you! We returned to Canada in 2023 after being in mostly Africa for three years during the pandemic. I’d never experienced reverse culture shock like that. It was intense! We are about to head back in March after being in Europe all winter. Thankfully it won’t be as bad but I’m still not looking forward to it!
