Tajine's are amazing, Mark! They still use them to cook meals in Morocco! I've been meaning to write an article about that, I will get around to it eventually. Maybe when you ship your camper to Europe (teehee), you can swing down to Morocco for a look and a taste! Lot's of people camp in Morocco as well:) My mouth is watering!
