Thanks for this Linda. I do update my SEO once in a while, but I also get lazy. Also offering alt text for photos will help google to distribute articles more.

In addition to your screenshot of the SEO description that is offered, I think a valuable thing would be to show how you updated it. Maybe a tip for a future article.
