I encourage you to read more about who we are and how we travel instead of pigeon-holing us into some corner based on the 1 negative article I’ve written out of 380 published on Medium. For the record my partner speaks Arabic and learned as much of the Egyptian dialect as he could while we were there.

Egypt is in a desperate state right now and my article serves to simply point out that people should be aware of the types of things they may experience while travelling there. At the beginning I stated that “had we been aware of what it was like, the experience would have been less jarring.”
