This is all so interesting Bernie. Home certainly has many different conotations to people, depending on their circumstances. I still see my hometown in Canada as 'home' though I will likely never live there again, just visit. These days, home is where we make it. I think it's safe to say that Chris and I each find 'home' in each other and know that together we will always find safety.
