This is great. It's interesting to note that when my partner and I left Canada in 2017 to travel full-time, we had our sights set on Uruguay. We first went to Costa Rica and had plans to head south. But one thing led to the other and we found ourselves in Europe and Africa instead. I keep saying that we will get to Uruguay some day, we are just taking the long way around:) Thanks for this informative article. I do think that we will really like it there.
