This is great, Elizabeth. My partner and I fell in love with Moroccan coffee which uses a blend of 32 spices! Later we had Sudanese coffee and they add ginger to theirs. Now we make our own coffee with a blend of a few different things - mostly cinnnamon and ginger, but sometimes cardamom, nutmeg and clove.
