We tend to volunteer to help in each place that we stay in some form or the other. Being there and on the ground helps us to determine what is needed. Of course, it helps that we don’t have a time schedule as well. I don’t think I’ll ever join an organized volunteer outfit. I have heard many horror stories. But if it’s a way that works for others, then that is great.
