Wow this looks spectacular! I have spent a bit of time in the Sahara Desert and it truly is a remarkable experience. Loved this story! I especially love that you weren't sure about it all, then ended up loving it. Way to push yourself out of your comfort zone:) That is what traveling should be all about.
