Wow, those really do look like complicated dishes. I’m curious what the reactions were from those around you. I imagine it to be like a winery and a bunch of upper crusts sipping wine and declaring all sorts of nonsense that I never seem to taste. Either way, I’m a believer in experiences and this sure sounds like an interesting one. But I’m definitely too cheap to bother with it. Lol
